Tom works in business and charities as an independent, non-executive director. He is also a philanthropist and works with Pilotlight to help strengthen the governance of small charities. He is the chairman of Foundation Scotland, and vice chairman of the UK Community Foundation.

David Ronn has been the Regional Director for the National Trust in Yorkshire and the North East, then Managing Director for Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden, then CEO of The Auckland Castle Trust. He currently works for the Auckland Castle Trust as Project Manager for Binchester Roman Fort, with the potential to create mutually beneficial opportunities with Camp Farm
