NECT has established a reputation as a leader in its field. As a consultancy, we tackle planning and conservation work across the whole of our area of benefit. We look at individual buildings and groups of buildings, to try to find an innovative and sustainable future for them. We work closely with the communities involved in each project and are renowned for our community consultation.
As a building preservation trust we take on buildings at risk, for which no commercial solution can be found. In recent years these projects have resulted in the restoration of Eagle and Exchange Buildings in Sunderland, and Gayle Mill in Yorkshire.
Should you require further details of our work, or to find out how we may be able to assist in a new project of yours, please do not hesitate to contact us on the details below.
