PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THAT A PLACE IS AVAILABLE - you will be notified by email whether or not your booking is successful. Partner events must be booked directly with the partner organisation (see details on brochure).

N.B. Places on courses for which a fee is due will not be confirmed until payment by cheque has been received and cleared.
